Property Rules

• Check-in: from 4:30 PM to 9.30 PM.
• Check-out: from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
• Not rented to groups under 25 years old. In case of an exception, a double deposit will be charged.
• Parties are not allowed on the property.
• Mandatory check-out cleaning. 70 euros
• Security deposit. 300 euros
• Optional bed linen and towels: 14 euros/person.
• Optional pets: 30 euros per stay.
• Tourist tax: 2 euro per person per day (maximum 7 days), applicable to guests over 16 years old.
