Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"151\" data-end=\"288\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"151\" data-end=\"164\">2nd USER.<\/strong> - The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"290\" data-end=\"759\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"290\" data-end=\"309\">3rd PREPAYMENT.<\/strong> \u2013 To confirm the reservation, a payment or guarantee by bank transfer of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days, with the reservation being subject to acceptance of the payment by the bank. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival at the time of key handover, either in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer 15 days before the check-in date. This clause applies only to direct bookings with Costa Brava Stays.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"999\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"781\">4th RESERVATION.<\/strong> \u2013 Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive the transfer receipt by email or when the money is credited to the bank account specified in clause 3, or according to the deadlines established by each platform.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1193\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1021\">5th TOURIST TAX.<\/strong> - The reservation amount will be increased by a tourist tax for the first 7 nights at a rate of \u20ac1.00 per person over 16 years old. This amount must be paid at check-in.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1631\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1208\">6th DATA.<\/strong> - All user-entered data is stored on a secure server, and we guarantee that access to this information is exclusively limited to the reservations staff. It will only be used for the reservation itself and to inform the client about future promotions and offers. 15 days before the check-in date, we will request by email the details of all guests staying at the property, as we must report them to the Mossos d'Esquadra.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1786\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1651\">7th OCCUPANTS.<\/strong> - The client may only accommodate the maximum number of people specified in the apartment\u2019s characteristics and the contracted rate.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"2075\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1805\">8th CLEANING.<\/strong> - The apartment will be made available to the client in proper cleaning conditions. The client agrees to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean state, without trash or food remains. If the property is vacated without removing the trash, a \u20ac50 surcharge will apply.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2214\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2095\">9th EQUIPMENT.<\/strong> - The client agrees to leave the apartment with the same condition of furniture and equipment as found upon arrival.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"2216\" data-end=\"2766\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2216\" data-end=\"2243\">10th DEPOSIT\/GUARANTEE.<\/strong> - Upon check-in, the client must leave a security deposit in cash for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be refunded in full within 72 hours after leaving the property, except in cases where damage to the apartment, furniture, or equipment is detected, or in cases of extreme dirtiness and waste. The cost of restoring the apartment to its original condition upon check-in will be deducted from the deposit amount. The client must report any existing damages within the first 12 hours of arrival.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"2768\" data-end=\"2869\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2768\" data-end=\"2802\">11th RESERVATION CANCELLATION.<\/strong> - The following penalties will apply to the reservation deposit:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-start=\"2871\" data-end=\"3167\">\r\n<li data-start=\"2871\" data-end=\"2947\" class=\"\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2873\" data-end=\"2947\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2873\" data-end=\"2887\">70% refund<\/strong> if cancellation is notified more than 60 days in advance.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"3024\" class=\"\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"3024\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"2964\">50% refund<\/strong> if cancellation is notified more than 45 days in advance.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"3025\" data-end=\"3167\" class=\"\">\r\n<p data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3167\" class=\"\">Cancellations of reservations made through vacation rental platforms will follow the cancellation policies established by those platforms.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-start=\"3169\" data-end=\"3391\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3169\" data-end=\"3197\">12th UNDER 25 YEARS OLD.<\/strong> \u2013 If an exception is made to rent to a group under 25 years old, a <strong data-start=\"3265\" data-end=\"3283\">double deposit<\/strong> will be charged, which will be refunded <strong data-start=\"3324\" data-end=\"3352\">one week after check-out<\/strong>, provided that no damages are found.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"3393\" data-end=\"3590\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3393\" data-end=\"3412\">13th BED LINEN.<\/strong> \u2013 The bed linen and towels supplement is optional and costs <strong data-start=\"3473\" data-end=\"3500\">\u20ac12 per person per stay<\/strong>. In case of loss, breakage, or stains, a charge of <strong data-start=\"3552\" data-end=\"3576\">\u20ac10 per damaged item<\/strong> will apply.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"3592\" data-end=\"3679\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3592\" data-end=\"3606\">14th PETS.<\/strong> \u2013 If the property allows pets, a <strong data-start=\"3640\" data-end=\"3665\">\u20ac30 surcharge per pet<\/strong> will apply.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"3681\" data-end=\"3843\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3681\" data-end=\"3695\">15th CRIB.<\/strong> \u2013 A crib must be reserved in advance, as the agency has a limited number of units. The cost per night is <strong data-start=\"3801\" data-end=\"3840\">\u20ac20 in addition to the rental price<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"3845\" data-end=\"4011\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3845\" data-end=\"3869\">16th PROPERTY RULES.<\/strong> - The property rules must be respected in all cases. <strong data-start=\"3923\" data-end=\"4009\">Parties and noise outside daytime hours are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"4013\" data-end=\"4213\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4013\" data-end=\"4039\">17th CONTRACT SIGNING.<\/strong> - This contract will be signed in person by both parties at the time of key handover\/check-in.
